|Recommended: YesApartment renovations needed — These apartments are decent. It is a good location and I like that there is a park here, however there are children that leave snacks and food all over playground area which attracts crows and more bugs. The apartments are poorly constructed for example the doorways and uneven flooring as well as the closet doors. They are constantly falling off the track and weak shower heads are also a problem. The carpets also start separating from the attachment by the doorways and spikes start appearing from underneath it which poke our feet when walking we had to cover it with a mat. Carpets are not properly installed there are many holes between the carpet along the walls. Other than these issues within the apartment it is a peaceful environment.

|Recommended: NoDecent apartment for the price — The train going through town in the middle of the night and blowing its horn is horrible and you hear it through the thin windows. The deck on our apartment is becoming increasingly unsafe. The maintenance staff is responsive but their work is sub par. Don't try to recycle or throw anything away on the weekend as it is just piled up on the ground and overflowing out of receptacles.

|Recommended: NoClean, well maintained, friendly, polite, and understanding. — Quite, cozy, and affordable without sacrifices. Walls are well insulated. Cannot hear my neighbors and I am an upstairs unit. Management is very friendly and the maintenance guy welcomed my girlfriend as I was moving in. Very friendly people here.
Paint job inside the unit was not the best - seemed rushed.
